Founded in 2005 in Houston, Texas - Snowfox is the franchisor of over 1,000 full-service sushi kiosks in 25 states throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska.

John Walden

Chairman

John has been at the forefront of multi-channel, consumer-driven retailing for more than 20 years. He has extensive board experience of multi-channel consumer focused businesses both in the UK and US. Previous roles include chairman at Naked Wines and Chief Executive of Home Retail Group.

Richard

Richard Hodgson

Group CEO

Richard has been in the food and restaurant industry his entire career. Previous roles include CEO of Pizza Express, the operating board of Asda Group, Commercial Director of Morrisons and Group Commercial Director of Waitrose.

Xenia

Xenia Walters

Group CFO

Xenia has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles with international groups gaining broad financial, business and international experience. Most recently she was CFO of SDL PLC, the listed professional services provider, driving transformation and the merger with RWS Holdings.

Chris

Chris Rogers

Senior Independent Director

Chris is a highly experienced NED with a portfolio of board positions. During his executive career he held leadership roles in and directorships of public companies including Whitbread PLC, Costa Coffee, Woolworths Group, Comet Group PLC and Kingfisher PLC.
